Kings says Hezekiah “made a pool, and a conduit”; Nehemiah names “the pool of Siloah by the king’s garden”.

Shelah, "the pool of Siloah" or 「西羅亞池」?: The Hebrew name here is Shelah (Shelach). KJV writes "the pool of Siloah" and the 和合本 「西羅亞池」, the pool of Siloam of John 9:7. The Cambridge Bible and Keil and Delitzsch explain that Shelach recalls the Shiloah of Isaiah 8:6, "sent" water: the pool fed by the channel from the spring. John gives the same meaning: Siloam, "which is by interpretation, Sent".

Isaiah: “the houses have ye broken down to fortify the wall”; Nehemiah names “the broad wall”.

Nehemiah 3 names the gates and towers in order round the wall, and the families who repaired each stretch.
- Plausible
The Water Gate was on the east side, above the Gihon spring.
Nehemiah 3:26 says 'toward the east'; the link to the Gihon spring is a common inference, and the exact spot is not known.
