About Labs

Who we are

Labs is built by a small technology team within X-Dreamers. Most of us write software or design products for a living, and we want to offer those same skills to God's kingdom, not only to our employers.

Our hope is simple: that more people will open the Bible, understand what they are reading, and meet God there. Some ministries carry that hope through apps that put Scripture into millions of hands every day. We share the same heart. Our part is Labs: 3D models, maps and timelines that help you see the world of the Bible while you study it.

Everything here is free to use. There are no ads, and you do not need an account.

A reference, not scholarship

Labs are study aids. They are offered only as a reference while you read and study the Bible, not as academic work and not as the last word on any question.

The reconstructions, maps, 3D models and illustrations are simplified on purpose, so that the text is easier to picture and understand. Many details are informed guesses; each lab marks how sure we can be, from what the text states outright to what is an artistic choice. Scripture itself is always the authority.

Found a mistake?

If you find any error, whether a verse, a place, a measurement, a translation or anything else, please tell us what you found. We will do our best to correct it as soon as we can.

Ideas for new features

If there is a lab, a view or a feature you would like us to add, please tell us as well. We are glad to hear from you.
