Acts 12:25: "to Jerusalem" or "from Jerusalem"?: KJV and the 和合本 (「從耶路撒冷回來」) both read "returned from Jerusalem", which fits the story: they had brought the famine relief to Jerusalem (11:30) and next appear in Antioch (13:1). The older manuscripts read "to Jerusalem"; some take those words with "their ministry" instead: they returned, having fulfilled their ministry to Jerusalem. The map takes them from Jerusalem back to Antioch.
