1 Kings 11

Solomon's many foreign wives turn his heart to other gods. The LORD raises up adversaries and tells Jeroboam through the prophet Ahijah, who tears a new cloak into twelve pieces, that ten tribes will be his. Solomon dies after reigning forty years.
